However, the black sand may not be for everyone, and the dining options were on the pricier side compared to local eateries.

During my stay, I was shocked by the lack of available taxis and transportation options in Ladispoli, which made my travel to and from the resort incredibly inconvenient. The hotel staff did offer assistance, but having to arrange a private driver to the airport felt unprofessional given the premium price I paid for my room. I also found the dining options to be overpriced compared to local eateries, which was disappointing for a property that presents itself as upscale.

I recently spent four nights at Riva Di Palo Resort and appreciated several aspects that made my stay enjoyable. The quick check-in process set a positive tone. I received an upgrade and enjoyed a spacious Double Room with Garden View, which came complete with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The large bathroom had an excellent shower, adding to the comfort. The beach bar was a highlight with its reasonable prices and friendly service throughout the day. Direct access to the private beach made it easy to unwind, especially after a long day. The breakfast in the restaurant was delightful, featuring fresh pastries and good coffee, served in a lovely atmosphere. However, a few inconveniences stood out. The reception closed at 10 pm, which made late arrivals a bit stressful, though the staff kindly prepared for our check-in. Transport options from Ladispoli were limited, without reliable taxi services, which made going to the airport challenging. This could be improved with an airport shuttle service.

The staff made us feel like VIPs during our stay, showing exceptional care from check-in to check-out. The beach chairs and umbrella provided with our room were a nice touch and allowed for a relaxing day by the water. We enjoyed the pleasant garden view from our room, which added a peaceful ambiance to our experience. The hotel's location was prime, right by the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and sand.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room. It was spacious, had a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. A minibar. The restaurant served great food. Spa facilities were awesome with beauty services and a hot tub. The outdoor pool was lovely. Just an overall perfect relaxing getaway.

This place was just a proper fit for a transient stop in Ladispoli with value for price. The beach bar had a limited menu, but the drinks were refreshing and a nice treat after a long day. Be aware of extra charges for sun-beds and towels.
